What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel or modify the reservation after this period, or in case of a no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.
If you choose a non-refundable rate, this rate does not allow cancellations or modifications.
The hotel will charge the total price at the time of booking.
Does the hotel have parking?
We have private parking spaces just a few meters from the hotel (additional cost of €22 perday).
You can drive directly to the hotel entrance, where we have a drop-off area where you can leave your car for a few minutes while you unload your luggage and check in.
There is noneed to book a parking space in advance.
Is there an airport shuttle service?
Yes, we offer a shuttle service for our guests from the Granada or Málaga airports to the hotel.
To reserve it, we just need your flight details, and we will take care of the rest.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Your pets are welcome at our hotel.
They are allowed upon request, and a cleaning and disinfecting fee will apply.
We also provide pet beds, food and water bowls upon request.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Is there an option to store luggage before or after check-in/check-out?
Yes, we offer a luggage storage service both before check-in and after check-out, free of charge.
What time is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in our 13th-century Arab Aljibe.
I am gluten intolerant. Are there breakfast options for celiacs?
Yes, our hotel offers breakfast options for guests with gluten and lactose intolerance.
We provide gluten-free products.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
How can I get tickets for the Alhambra?
Please note that if you are planning to visit the Alhambra we recommend that you book as soon as possible, as it is the most visited monument in Spain and it is sometimes difficult to get tickets.
We can offer guided tours in group in English, Spanish or other languages, as well as private guided tours.
If you are interested just let us know and we will inform you of all the options available.
Are cribs available for children/babies?
Yes, we have cribs available for children and babies, upon request. They are provided free of charge.
If you need to book a baby cot, please indicate it in the comments of your reservation or contact the hotel directly by phone or email.
Can an extra bed be added to my room?
Yes, we have extra beds available upon request and depending on availability and the category of room booked, with an additional cost of €45 per night.
Does the hotel provide laundry service?
Yes, we offer a laundry service available Monday to Friday. If you drop off your clothes in the morning, you can pick them up washed and ready the same day.
Can the hotel arrange special requests such as wine, champagne, romantic packages, birthday cakes, flowers, decorations, etc.?
Yes, if you want to make your stay even more special or surprise your companion, we offer options like bottles of wine, cava, chocolates, or a celebration package adapted to your needs.

What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
The hotel has a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and common areas. Smoking is prohibited in both rooms and common areas.
